Basic Hydraulics Training
This is a 3 day course normally conducted at Price On-Site facility. Training materials include Eaton text books, PowerPoint’s, Videos, Labs, component cutaways, facility tour, assessments and homework. Each day refreshments, snacks, and lunch will be provided.
Due to the amount of material covered texts are handed out weeks in advance with reading and homework assignments. The class is usually started on a Friday and ends on Tuesday which gives participants an opportunity for homework and study time over weekend. Reading and homework is again required for Monday evening. Each day there will be a verbal assessment with a final assessment on the last day. If students receive an 85% or better they receive a certificate of completion. Assessments are forwarded to direct supervisors. Accommodations for retakes are possible.
We are also able to include coursework addressing a customer’s machine-specific applications and schematics. Please communicate this in advanced so that pictures, examples, and schematics may be incorporated in training material.
Price On-Site’s chief technology instructor is Ron Durante, who has multiple certifications to his credit. Ron has spent his entire 25 year career in the fluid power industry with hands on experience in power unit design and fabrication, field installation/startup, system troubleshooting and component repair.
