  • Fluid power theory and formulas
  • Filtration systems
  • Valves and pumps
  • Pressure control mechanisms
  • Circuit design and schematics

Hydraulic Circuits Training (Available Upon Request)

Duration: 2 days

Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily

Delve into the intricacies of hydraulic circuits, exploring configurations such as:

  • Lift-hold-lower systems
  • Clamp and work-holding mechanisms

Engage in calculation labs, open discussions, and schematic reviews. Participants are encouraged to bring their own circuit schematics for analysis.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Basic Hydraulics course is recommended but not mandatory

Practical Contamination Control 101 (Available Upon Request)

Duration: 1 days

Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily

Understand the critical role of contamination control in hydraulic systems. This course covers:

  • Contamination sources and prevention
  • System filtration techniques
  • Oil analysis and ISO cleanliness codes
  • Component tolerances and fluid handling best practices

Participate in a particle counting lab, with the opportunity to test your own oil samples (sample bottles provided).

Prerequisite: Completion of the Basic Hydraulics course is recommended but is not mandatory.
